As a Veterinary Laboratory Animal Medicine Officer, you'll care for government-owned animals, including protecting them against diseases that are transferrable to humans. Caring for animals frequently used in training exercises, such as dogs in K-9 units and horses, will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will also manage all aspects of animal care and maintain accreditation for the Army animal care laboratory.
