As an Ophthalmologist, you will diagnose and provide treatment for injuries, diseases, and disorders of the eye. As an Officer on the U.S. Army health care team, you will also be required to provide health support for commanders at all levels, train other medical personnel, participate in graduate medical education courses, and conduct research on diseases of military importance.
