As a Child Psychiatrist, you'll be responsible for evaluating and treating behavioral and mental health disorders in children and adolescents. You may treat these disorders using psychotherapy or medication. Additionally, as an Officer working on the U.S. Army medical team, you will undergo leadership development. This includes supervising other personnel, opportunities to teach, and continuing your education through advanced courses, seminars, and conferences.
