Special Forces Weapons Sergeant

As a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant, you’ll become a member of the Green Berets, one of the most highly skilled Soldiers in the world. You will operate and maintain a wide variety of domestic (United States), allied, and foreign weaponry. You’ll employ conventional and unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in individual and small arms infantry operations.

Requirements

  • 10 weeks of Basic Training
  • 43 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
  • In most instances, Special Forces Weapons Sergeants are required to be qualified divers, parachutists, and endurance runners
  • 110 ASVAB Score: General Technical (GT)
  • 105 ASVAB Score: Combat (CO)
